🎬 Episode Overview
The Conflict: The villainous Doctor (Minoru Kamiya), a human with immense psychic powers, has trapped everyone inside a hospital.
The Threat: Kamiya has infected the entire hospital—including Yusuke's girlfriend, Keiko—with a deadly, chemically engineered viral insect.
The Dilemma: The Doctor structures his psychic "territory" so that the virus will kill everyone within minutes unless he is stopped. Because he is a human and not a demon, Yusuke faces a massive moral crisis. He has never killed a human before, and the Doctor uses this hesitation against him.
The Resolution: Pushed to his absolute limit to save his friends, Yusuke makes the brutal decision to strike down the Doctor. He blasts Kamiya out of his territory, knocking him unconscious and dismantling the viral threat just in time.
