"The Powerful, No-Parking Wrestler!" (also translated as "Strong Arm! Parking Violation Wrestler") is the third episode of You're Under Arrest: Full Throttle (Season 3). It originally aired on October 18, 2007, on TBS in Japan.

Synopsis

The episode kicks off at Bokuto Station, where the officers are excited because Detective Tokuno brings over some taiyaki (fish-shaped waffle cakes filled with sweet red bean paste) from a popular local shop named Kogane. However, they soon learn the shop is in serious trouble. Someone has been physically moving illegally parked cars off the road and stacking them on their ends against walls, leaving behind stern warning messages about parking violations.

Officers Natsumi Tsujimoto and Miyuki Kobayakawa arrive at the scene to help return the vehicles to the ground. Natsumi quickly deduces that these spectacular displays of strength are a direct challenge to the police. Late-night investigation of photos from the area leads them to a nearby apartment, where they discover the culprit: a disgraced former professional wrestler who went by the ring name Condor Tiger.

Driven out of the wrestling ring, he had lost his passion and turned into a bitter recluse, venting his frustrations by flipping cars. After Natsumi confronts and beats him in a display of strength, she and Miyuki give him a stern but heartfelt wake-up call, telling him not to waste his incredible gift. Rather than locking him up, the Bokuto Police help redirect his immense power toward a better cause. The episode concludes happily as he is hired by the local taiyaki shop, using his muscular strength to operate a heavy, high-volume iron mold to mass-produce hundreds of cakes a day.
