Episode 11 of Sunday Without God (titled "Class 3-4 II") is the penultimate episode of the anime series, originally airing during the Summer 2013 anime season. It serves as the middle chapter of the Class 3-4 / Goran Academy arc, diving deep into the mystery of the time loop holding the students captive. [1, 2]
Key Plot Developments
  • The Investigation: Ai continues to investigate the bizarre anomalies surrounding Class 3-4. Alice reveals that he occasionally leaves clues from the outside world in the school library to help break the illusion, but Dee has been secretly destroying them to maintain the loop. [1]
  • Ai’s 13th Birthday: The students of Class 3-4, along with Julie and Scar, throw a surprise birthday party for Ai. As a gift, Alice returns Ai's broken gravekeeper shovel completely repaired. He advises her that fulfilling every human wish blindly does not help people grow or move forward. [1]
  • The Cultural Festival: As months pass in the loop, Ai and Alice volunteer for the school's cultural festival, which triggers a slight temporal paradox in the environment. [1]
  • The Critical Clue: Ai returns to the library to track down Alice's hidden hints. Though Dee intercepts most of them, Ai successfully uncovers one final piece of evidence that Dee missed, setting up the revelation of how Alice actually died. [1, 2]
Core Themes
The primary thematic conflict of this episode is the pain of accepting change versus the comfort of living in a stagnant illusion. While Dee wishes to protect Alice and her friends by preserving their perfect, unchanging school world, Alice and Ai believe that humans must confront reality and move on, even if it brings grief. Generally only 10-30 scripts  each episode exist. These aren't for public sale and occasionally get sneaked out or given at very selected conventions in Japan, I'm keeping 1 for my own collection so get it while you can.

These were used by the voice actors in the studio in Japan. These are not copies or look alikes.
