Timestamp: 05:32 & 05:35. They decided against drawing the characters reflections in Sailor Mars eye in the anime apparently which makes this piece even more unique.

From Episode 171 "Because We Have Love: Endless Battle in the Demon World" its the 5th episode of the 5th and final season of Sailor Moon and the 171st of the overall series. It aired in Japan in1997.

 Sailor mars shoots her arrow towards Sailor Neptune and tries her best to hit her target.

Since these were actually used in filming, there may be small scratches and fading of tracing lines over time.
