Janelyn (also known as Janelle) from the classic anime series Sailor Moon, specifically from Episode 39, titled "Paired with a Monster: Mako, the Ice Skating Queen" (or Episode 35 "Ice Princess" in the DiC English dub

Character: Janelyn is a famous professional figure skater partnered with Misha, and they were targeted and possessed by Kunzite (Malachite) from the Dark Kingdom. Sailor Moon Dub 

Plot Context: In this episode,

Janelyn and Misha set up a trap at an ice skating rink to find a powerful warrior (ultimately luring in Makoto Kino / Sailor Jupiter) before being healed and restored to normal by Sailor Moon

Since these were actually used in filming, there may be small scratches and fading of tracing lines over time.
