RE-MAIN original production script #9

With handwriting that I believe is for the main character Yutaka Babayaro Inomata (often called Papayaro) and voiced by TASUKU HATANAKA.

Episode 9 of RE-MAIN, titled "I've Always Been Me" (俺はずっと俺なんだよ), centers on Minato Kiyomizu's intense emotional struggle after regaining his original, arrogant memories. [1, 2]
Episode Overview
Following the plot twist where Minato loses his kinder "post-accident" persona and reverts to his cold, elitist junior high self, the team tries desperately to pick up the pieces. [1, 2]
  • The Rejection: Eitaro tries to convince Minato to rejoin the Yamanami High water polo club. Minato completely refuses, harshly deriding his current teammates as beneath him and lacking real talent. [1, 2]
  • The Reality Check: Determined to play at the highest level, Minato goes back to his elite former school, Shogakukan. However, the coach deliveres a crushing blow: they cannot re-enroll him. Because of his physical development gap from being in a coma, he is no longer considered Shogakukan's ace material. [1, 2, 3]
  • The Breakdown: Frustrated by his physical limitations and angry that he cannot live up to his past reputation, Minato returns home. In a fit of rage, he ransacks his own room before breaking down in tears, completely lost between who he used to be and who he is now. [1, 2]

These were used by the voice actors in the studio in Japan. These are not copies or look alikes.

Generally only 10-30 scripts of each episode exist. These aren't for public sale and occasionally get sneaked out or given at very selected conventions in Japan, I'm keeping 1 for my own collection so get it while you can.
