📝 Key Plot Points
  • Konohamaru's Disguise: Disappointed that Naruto is absent and fearing he will never catch up to him, Konohamaru uses a transformation jutsu to disguise himself as Naruto to enter the exams. Neji Hyūga quickly exposes him and comforts him.
  • Shikamaru’s Written Exam: Designed by Shikamaru Nara, the first stage places squad members into three separate testing rooms. Teams fail if any member scores above 100 points, or if their combined team score falls lower than the collective average of all participating teams.
  • The Dilemma: Genin must answer one of three distinct multiple-choice questions (valued at 30, 40, or 50 points). The structure forces a psychological game of choosing whether to coordinate with your teammates through hidden communication or attempt to manipulate other teams into failing
