In Naruto Shippūden episode 287, titled "One Worth Betting On," the story centers on a flashback involving Tsunade and the Fourth Raikage, Ay.
Episode Summary
- Medical Crisis: After an encounter with the Nokizaru Group, the Raikage’s subordinates are infected with explosive chakra insects that feed on their jutsu. The Raikage seeks out Tsunade, who is the only medical ninja capable of performing the delicate surgery needed to remove them.
- The Surgery: Despite her fear of blood (hemophobia), Tsunade oversees the operation while her apprentice, Shizune, performs the actual procedure. When blood splatters on Tsunade during the surgery, she is forced to leave the room in terror.
Generally only 10-30 scripts of each episode exist. These aren't for public sale and occasionally get sneaked out or given at very selected conventions in Japan.
