Usually most anime setting materal released from the studio's in Japan are copies that the studio's use themselves and sometimes sell after they are done with them.

In anime production, "setting materials" or "settei shiryō" encompass all the production documents and artwork used to create an anime. These materials can include concept art, model sheets, color samples, style guides, and photo references, essentially anything that helps guide the production process.

You won't find these anywhere else

Since these were actually used in filming, there may be small scratches and fading of tracing lines over time.
